We are a global community of senior contracts, sourcing, and commercial management executives and managers.

IACCM is the global forum for innovation in trading relationships and practices.
Mission
Our mission is to develop and maintain the international standards for defining and managing trading relationships and for
the certification of individuals and organizations responsible for their creation and performance. We develop and communicate
leading practices that support economic growth and organizational success by ensuring commitments are ethical, achievable and
sustainable.
Objective
IACCM's objective is to raise the status, profile and professionalism of commercial contracting. In addition to specific
services that focus on personal and functional excellence, our members benefit from access to knowledge, contacts and training that
differentiates members from non-members, enhancing careers and employment prospects.
Our Membership:
Membership consists of over 16,000 members and an extended network of more than 6,500 corporations from over 120
countries (including most of the Global 500).
- Members share a common interest in developing tools, systems, processes and skills that deliver operational excellence and
functional contribution.
- Members are equally divided between buy-side and sell-side focuses.
- In last 3 years, annual growth rates have exceeded 30%
Our Success:
- 1999: IACCM was funded, with the support of a consortium of major corporations
- 2000: Introduced the world's first global professional certification program
- 2001: Announced web-based skills assessment and organizational benchmarking tool
- 2003: Developed the first on-line learning syllabus and commercial contracting 'body of knowledge'
- 2004: Introduced Corporate Member program, attracting more than 140 international companies and organizations
- 2005: First Academic Forum
- 2006: On-line 'communities of interest' supporting targeted communications and dynamic research
- 2007: Issued Capability Maturity Model to allow robust assessments of organization and process performance
- 2008: First to identify Companies Most Admired in Contract Management
- 2009: First to identify Companies Most Admired for Negotiation
